It all started at a very young age, cooking curiously in the kitchen with my great grandmother. Following her lead, she would teach me how to season foods and explain why certain flavors paired well with others. Little did I know, she was fueling my enthusiasm for food. Sometimes, I challenged her to take unconventional routes in flavoring foods, creating new tastes.Guess how that went? Ha, well, let’s just say I had to try things out when she wasn’t in the kitchen.



From that time on, I had an extreme passion for cooking and seeing others enjoy my meals. While in college I realized the limitless combinations and creations you can have with foods, as I would make anything out of the foods and seasonings we had. One night, I was fed up with the traditional BBQ sauces as we w decided to grill some chicken. I opted to make my own with all-natural ingredients. Little did I know that would be the best sauce I had ever made. It's a testimony to where we are now, forever pushing the boundaries of taste and exploring the endless possibilities of the foods we love. The journey of the curious kid in the kitchen continues..
